Yes, and another good tip is to start preparing days in advance, stop eating chocolate and reduce your intake to minimal 48 hours before the meet , and douche twice on the day if you can., mwah, xxx

A good way to vacate the water quicker is to lube up and insert a butt plug, this has the effect of relaxing all the internal muscles and you will find that a towel on the floor will come in very useful, xxxxxxxx

I hate going to the toilet afterwards

but i would recommend going to the loo instead of staying in bed (thats only if you actually stay in bed afterwards) not very attractive i know

I have trouble douching aswell

do people find doing it over the toilet or the bath easier?

I use one of those probe things that attach to the shower hose. Sit on edge of bath and insert, on my water flow I leave it in for 10 seconds. Stand up, wait a minute or two then sit on toilet and evacuate. Repeat. Very easy and clean.

I do this a couple of hours before I shower for the meet so I can make sure any additional evacuation can take place before I shower.....

It may sound a flippant question, but actually it's genuine.

Seams alot of work and mess, when the front is already preped.
