It could just be a retractile testicle or one of your balls that may move back and forth between the scrotum and the groin. If so you could gently move it back by hand from your groin to your scrotum.

It can happen if you are worried or stressed and its muscle (cremaster muscle) pulls it up.

Try gently moving it when lying in a warm bath

Mine retract sometimes, you get the odd uncomfortable squeeze once in a while, but huge bonus is you can go deep and fast without anything flapping about, I've had some happy customers anyway, but then that could just be coincidental with other skills lol.

That might be a 'refer to doctor" thing especially if it's really noticeable

One of mine is about a quarter or third of the size of the other one. It's probably not natural, but it's always been that way. And u think it's the one that got trapped inside my body as a child, leading to an operation to release it (and gave me a scar you can only see when I shave down there)

I've often idly wondered if that had any bearing on its lack of size / development

Changes in size can be normal but check with your GP. It’s usually more concerning in younger men (early 20s) and if there are changes to skin (dimpling, discolouration) or any lumps. If there are lumps, they are usually one sided, pea size and painless.

Early medical attention is key.

My right ball disappears too then drops back into scrotum. I'm told its a retractile testicle. No issues with it.
