Anyone no why the videos won’t play on iPhone. It seems a waist becoming a member wen I can only access messages

Ive just had windows 10 installed on my pc i cant cam on firefox anymore but it is fine on chrome strange things sometimes

I think it's something to do with the CODECS that are installed within the web browser. Microsoft lack quite a few, Firefox has a lot more, and Chrome has pretty much a full suite. FYI, CODECS are the file extensions that allow a browser display images or play videos.
