I need help.is it just me whose wife total prude towards sex wont even talk about it try anything new same old few times a year tried everything to spice it up she calls me perv !!

Ah, I love it when the wife gets the blame

Yeah my husband has a wife (me!) who won’t have sex either. His wife has an extremely low sex drive due to many things, but luckily my husband is a lovely, caring and mature man, and doesn’t care. We speak openly about it like adults.

I suggest you sit her down and tell her how unhappy you are. Say this is a conversation that needs to happen.

No, it probably won’t get you sex. But it’ll help you, and your wife, understand each other’s side.

Why won't she discuss the matter with you? I have a higher sex drive than my partner, she's no prude though, just very private. Does she know that it's an issue for you?

It sounds like she doesn't want what you are asking. If she is refusing to talk about it then drop the subject, she doesn't want it. Have you tried a conversation of what she may like?

As a first step, I would advise getting off this site. Women can generally sense when men are looking elsewhere and obviously if she suspects that she's not likely to want to have sex with you.

Then try to have an honest discussion with her explaining how important sex is to you and how you need to work together to resolve the problem.

If she refuses to engage, you then have three choices

1. Split up

2. Accept you will have a crap sex life or

3. Come back on here and try to get sex behind her back.

If she won't talk about it you're stuck really. If it's got to the point that it's threatening your peace of mind I suggest telling her this. If there's a problem within a relationship it's not fair if one partner refuses to discuss it. You're not happy, she should at least be willing to discuss the reasons why and possible solutions
