I was told a while back that some women dissolve one up their bum which causes a rush of blood to the whole genital area and it’s a turn on.

Mind you, it was ‘ a mate down the pub’.

The pub - remember them?

Addyi"

Addyi is a non-hormonal, multifunctional serotonin agonist antagonist (MSAA).

Addyi corrects an imbalance of the neurotransmitters (brain chemicals) dopamine and norepinephrine (both responsible for sexual excitement), while decreasing levels of serotonin (which can lower sex drive), although the exact mechanism is not known, according to FDA.

Don't get caught up in all the specifics, however. The takeaway from all of this? Addyi works in the brain and many of it's side effects, like dizziness and drowsiness, are due to it's central nervous system action there, too.

...

The effectiveness of Addyi was evaluated in three 24-week clinical trials in 2,400 premenopausal women with HSDD. On average, taking Addyi increased the number of satisfying sexual events by 0.5 to 1 additional event per month over placebo. Roughly 10% more Addyi-treated patients than placebo-treated patients reported meaningful improvements in satisfying sexual events, sexual desire or distress.

But a 2016 study in JAMA Internal Medicine found that effectiveness was even lower: treatment with Addyi, on average, resulted in only one-half additional satisfying sexual event per month while significantly increasing the risk of some troublesome side effects, like:

dizziness

somnolence (drowsiness)

nausea

fatigue.

.....

New recommendations for labeling from the FDA regarding alcohol use were reported in April 2019.

The FDA stated that the Addyi package insert section shoud be updated to note that women should discontinue drinking alcohol at least two hours before taking Addyi at bedtime OR skip the Addyi dose that evening.

Women should not consume alcohol at least until the morning after taking Addyi at bedtime.

Why is this? Combining Addyi with alcohol may increase the risk of low blood pressure and fainting, which is problematic especially if you are driving, doing hazardous activities, or need clear thinking.

Sounds like great stuff to me..not

Lube is the equivalent to viagra.

Viagra doesn’t make someone more receptive to sex, it makes their hard on more reliable. If someone isn’t turned on at all and they take viagra, it doesn’t make them hard or horny.

I’d recommend your friend read the book Come As You Are by Emily Nagoski to understand more about how female pleasure and desire works xxx

I have taken it occasionally and I like the sensations I get from it. Definite rush of blood and very pleasant tingling to where it matters.

One of my female playmates took it as well and when we were tribbing it definitely heightened our pleasure!

I was told by a pharmacist that Sildenafil/Viagra was originally developed as a blood pressure reducing drug. It opens up the veins and arteries to increase blood flow. This resulted in easier erections as a side effect. So I would assume that increasing blood flow to women’s sexy bits would also be advantageous.

But I’m no expert.

That’s exactly what it does and very nice it is to. In my experience anyway!
