Any suggestions relevant to renovating a property. Either uses of ladders etc or hidden designs I could include.

I’m planning to design and build or renovate one day and I’ll try and include wooden beams, hardwood floors, a wrought iron spiral staircase and creative use of glass and mirrors, all with kink in mind!

We have rennovated quite a few properties and do kink big time but need lots more info about the property type to advise properly. Feel free to message if you dont want to share in the forum.

We added door restraints to our bedroom door frame last year.

A screw thread inserted into each corner of the frame, with removable eye hooks. We use carabiners to clip the cuffs to them.

Ok, without the eye hooks in place there are screw thread holes, but nobody notices them
