My darling sub was wonderfully challenged by being told to write a 1000-word account of her beautiful feet without using the letter 'e' at all.

She did very well, and squirmed beautifully throughout. Having to focus on what I might have been doing to them did her no end of good.

A photo, on the hour every hour for a set amount of time.

Asking permission before everyday tasks (eg using the toilet, eating, wanking).

5 mins (or however long) meditation thinking of what their submission to you means to them.

If they unfit get them to sign up for couch to 5k and take their phone with a GPS logging app to show they did it and their times.

Set them tasks on writeforme

Clean a toilet with a toothbrush held in their teeth, videos for proof
