It depends on what you want to do regarding dogging.

If you just want to be watched, flick the interior light on and then off to gain attention. Some doggers prefer to inside the car in the dark so as not to draw a big crowd (we like to do this as it adds more of an atmosphere and leaves a little to the imagination), others leave the light on to display what they're doing.

We have found that leaving the light on is like a moth to a flame. Perverts descend from nowhere and sometimes resembles the starting line of the Grand National as the doggers think they'll all be getting their dick wet, but they're very territorial and jostle for first go.

Playing in the main internet advertised places is up to you. For us there's too many people, too little etiquette and not enough common sense, so we go to quieter places less known.

Having seen the result of people posting where they'll be and when they're going, more fool you! You'll be surrounded by the wanking dead and they'll have the same restraint as a puppy on a lead. We just go and do our thing when we get the urge for something different (obviously not in the current climate of Corona lockdown).

Be prepared for the wanking dead to be trying your door handles and begging to be let in. There's always one or two that have no idea of how to behave. Be prepared for idiots with camera phones, dashcams etc etc. Times have definitely changed since we started and the younger generations can't do anything without filming and posting what they get up to and post their findings on social media groups and websites.

Beware the pervy coppers!! Lol. They're the worst ones out there!

Daytime dogging is not for us. Too many innocent people wandering about. School holidays are a definte NO as families will be using some of the woodland and nature areas as they were intended. Nobody designed them for illicit encounters of a sexual nature lol. Try explaining to a kid "Why is that man dressed as a lady and why are they having a wobbly bush cuddle?"

What has worked for us. Go for a drive and check out the areas when it is a little lighter outside so you can get an idea of the surroundings you want to visit and play in.

Take your time visiting places and sit and watch who does who and who does and doesn't wear condoms. Vital information. You'll take home more than muddy tyres if don't!

If you don't feel comfortable, leave and live to dog another day. The important thing is to feel safe.

Do things at your own speed and willingness, don't rush anything.

Have a dogging kit. Condoms. Anti-bac gel. Bottle of water and soap for washing hands and face. Wet wipes. Camera. Change of clothing and footwear in case of messy accidents or if you venture into the woods.

The main thing is to make it fun, be safe, do things as you want them.
