O ring. Easier to breath whilst wearing and does not restrict ability to do oral. Down side is drooling and lack of noise muffling.

Lovehoney do a trainer gag set that has interchangeable bits, sort of a gag sampler set

Great advice - not sure the drooling will be sexually appealing for either of us ??????.

Interchangeable parts it is! Now just need lockdown to be over so we can get together.....
