Get your tool out. Nail that pussy and hammer it.

Fix that leaky guttering. Claim that you don't have the correct part and I'll have to wait two weeks till you order it, then make it more expensive than the original quote. Then never return because you've gone off to complete a dodgy drive way job for an elderly lady.
