When Carly first set eyes on Lucy, she saw little potential in an assistant. Carly sat back and studied her. She was definitely very pretty but she didn't know it. The fact of the matter was that Carly needed an assistant and Lucy was last on the list of applicants who had applied for the job. It was either a case of employing her, taking on one of the less suitable applicants who had gone in earlier or put out another advertisement online and hope for the best.
'I'll let you know once I've assessed the other applicants,' Carly said, shaking her hand and leading her to the door of the office.
Lucy stepped outside and was greeted with a kiss by Adam who worked on the floor above. Carly knew Adam to say hello to, but not very well.
'How did your interview go?' Adam asked her kissing her on the cheek.
Adam was dark, muscular, bearded and in his 20s. He was an up-and-coming presence in the company. Everyone also thought he was sly and a bit of a prick, and Carly also thought he was incredibly attractive. She knew he had a girlfriend but she was shocked that someone so assertive would go for someone as timid as Lucy.
'She got the job,' Carly said before Lucy could say anything.
Adam nodded.
Lucy beamed, a confidence coming out of her that Carly never saw in the interview room. 'Thank you,' she said.
'You start tomorrow,' Carly told her.
Adam and Lucy walked away hand in hand down the corridor. Carly felt her pussy dampen from just looking at Adam. He looked back at Carly, a half smile on his face as he and Lucy got into the lift together.
