Sue was a sexy, slightly plump spectacled brunette colleague in her mid fifties. I was about 35 at the time and had always flirted with her a little, we were going away for a conference and I hoped we would ramp it up a bit in the hotel bar that night.

We arranged to meet at 7.30 and I was just finishing my first pint of lager when Sue walked in. She was still wearing her black trouser suit but had unbuttoned her white blouse so her ample cleavage was on show. I bought her a glass of rose wine and another carling for me and the flirting started.

A couple of younger women came in to the bar, Sue caught me checking them out. "I can go up to bed early if I'm cramping your style" she said, "they've got nothing on you, I much prefer a woman who knows what she's doing" I replied. "In that case we could both go up to bed early then" she winked. I nearly spat out my pint, she was being serious.
