"Reminds me of some fantastic swimming pool cubicle fucks I had the pleasure of enjoying, some 18 years ago, in a local leisure centre.

ANYONE could have walked in on you and more than likely called the police, if not they would definitely complain to a member of staff who would have done so.

You're not outdoors of a night time in a known dogging/cottaging area but in a public building probably owned by a company or the council, they wouldn't let you get away with it. You would get charged for indecency.
