After work gym session ..

Being a night worker working from 10-6am I often popped into the gym with it being pretty much empty around 6.30am so I could just crack on then get home to grab some sleep.

This morning I popped in there and there was around 3 people in total.

I jumped on the treadmill for a gentle jog to warm me up... spent about 10 minutes on there and as I did so saw 2 of the 3 people leave...

I cracked on with my workout and kept noticing out the corner of my eye him looking... thought nothing of it and carried on....

An hour went by and I’d had enough of the weights so I headed to the shower to freshen up...

The showers were the open type and could fit around 10 people in if needed but me being the self concious and not in the best shape I like to get in and out as quick as possible.

So I whip my gym shorts off and t shirt off and I hurry into the shower with my shower gel... I’m going aboit my business as quick as I can and I suddenly hear the door that leads into the shower room open...
