Anyone else ever fantasise about someone other than a doctor or nurse in the healthcare profession?

A couple of years ago I had back problems and got some osteopath treatment on the nhs. The lady treating me was around the same age as myself and fairly attractive! She would have me strip to my boxers before treating me and after a few sessions she would start to comment on how colourful my boxers were compared to her normal patients (I think most were older). This made me wonder if she was checking me out. Then she accidentally gave me one more session then I should have had! Wish I could say more happened but sadly not!
