The laughing got louder and I realised it was coming from Alex's room upstairs. Our two bedrooms were downstairs and Alex had the ensuite upstairs - it was basically the entire top floor.

I wandered in and peaked into our room. There was no sign of life there. I decided to head up the stairs. The door to the room is at the bottom of the stairs.

I opened it quietly. Alex doesn't care if people see but still thought better to be quiet and note disturb them.

I didn't question them. I though I'd keep it to myself to see what else happened.
