It's a long time since I had a hangover but all I remember was feeling incredibly sick, so it's a no from me!

Nope, I suffer from exactly the same affliction. Fab on the mobile at least helps a bit here when otherwise curled up in bed dying!

Not to excess. I don't see the point. One or two glasses of very good wine or spirits is my limit these days.
