So was told I had to cover at an infantry battle school as ironically their usual medic was on long term sick, easy enough for me, wasn't too far away from home, nice scenery etc, tidy.

On arrival I was told I had to do 150 medicals over the next couple of days.

The boys were just babies 17,18 no older than that.

Right send them in one at a time, first one comes in, right get on the scales, let me measure your height now, can you read those numbers on the wall, right great, I'll check your reflexes, excellent, right let's see your balls, yeah you've got two, right piss in this and on your way, you're good to go.

Fuck this is so boring, had 8 hours of that and got through 81 of them, will definitely be finished tomorrow.

Next day very much the same, had a break to have a cigarette and a coffee, spotted a rather fit guy walking past, hmm where's he off to then, he can't be having a medical looks too old for this lot, ahh right he's one of the sergeants, shame I would've been all over his balls!

I get back to it must've seen another 30 guys when there's a bang on the door, can one of the guys see you he's sprained his ankle, yeah send him in mun I'm done here, right here you go love, piss in this, off you go then.

Door opens and it's that dude from earlier, oh my god he's lush, about 6'1, hell of a face on him he was fucking beautiful with bright blue eyes.

Walks in, right sit by here I'm just going to take your boots and socks off.

I had a look at it and it didn't look swollen or anything, had a little feel but everything felt fine, can you walk on it, yes he said, so what's the problem then, he said he wanted 5 minutes with the new medic, ahh I see what's going on here...

Right well I've still got 39 guys left that need medicals so if you're ok then you can leave. Fuck them, when I twisted my ankle I also hurt my groin so you have to check me over.

Ok take your other shoe off then and remove your trousers and if you could just lay down that would be great.
