I know this is coloumn of stories. And I want to say my ex was fucking a guy at hers whilst I visited to drop few things in. Usually I was always allowed to get in at hers but this time when she opened the door she was wearing shorts and skimpy see through t shirt.

I felt so depressed and down. Since this experience. Does anyone here knows how to overcome ex.

It's difficult to move on sometimes, but I found meeting new people socially helped. I joined the local guy and met a number of people there. Helped me get my confidence back and then went to a few clubs, I soon moved on and forgot my ex

It's been almost year and still can't get over it.

This may be not a right site to discuss but I should seek some counselling I guess.
