True story...

I had a valuation booked first thing on a Monday morning and arrived early. Reading the notes, I could see the property was being sold due to a relationship breakdown. Great, I thought: an awkward conversation with two people who hate each other. Just what I need to start the week.

The door opened and wow: not the bitter 50 something I was expected. She was no older than 30, long jet black hair, a welcoming smile, and as I followed her inside, a toned pair of legs and ass that I could clearly make out from the tight jeans she had on.

We chatted as I walked round the house and I was relieved to find out her ex had already moved out. Ever the professional, I resisted the urge to flirt too much but when she giggled and informed me "don't worry, he was rubbish in bed anyway" I started to wonder...
