Now the kids have all grown up and left home my wife and I are left to spread out in our four bedroom home.

My attractive mature 60yr old wife has steadily been making me redecorate the bedrooms so we can better accommodate guests.

I am retired and earn a little cash in hand doing gardening work when I get the opportunity.

Whilst finishing decorating the second bedroom and doing a jolly good job of it I might add. It occurred to me how taking in a male lodger would help supplement our income. Obviously a male lodger who was clean and respectable a mature student perhaps, or even a professional man. Despite good references a lodger with a filthy mind could make life a lot more interesting around here.

Fantasy perhaps or with the right applicant could it become reality??

Shame it's hard to judge how dirty people are when applying for lodgings

Exactly it could be quite a fun scenario.
