Intimate examination

I'm a fantasy fixer, I spend a lot of time preparing to lay a fantasy for whoever has one. Since arranging to be a doctor who specialises in intimate examinations I'm pleasantly surprised how popular this is, I'm totally aware of the need for hygiene and by messaging beforehand you can get a great understanding about what my prospective patient wants. I constantly stress however that I am NOT a doctor.
