Part 19

I race downstairs as I hear a door. . 'Has someone just left' I don't want to have missed out on seeing who it was so I head quickly through to the kitchen and nearly bump into you. . Part 20

Part 22

I look across at the digital clock. . . 7.50pm. . 10 minutes till I find out and then I can go home and get away from this situation, satisfied that I saw it through to the end. I feel empty and used. It's as though my heart has been played with and then discarded by you. . . But at least I will know, 'I need to know or I will forever wonder'. . The anticipation is making me fidgety. And I walk across the room and back without purpose for what seems like the fiftieth time. Much like a lion in the zoo, Pacing for no reason.

7:56. . .the Time is dragging. I read the notes again to remind myself.

"I'll help you get revenge for the pain"

The first note said. . revenge sounds just what I need. . I wonder how and who is going to help. . 'She (your wife) obviously is in on this? I look across at your bedroom and can see no one, even though the door is wide open. 'I want revenge'

I reassure myself that whatever happens. . As long as I get revenge 'i will be ok'. . . My heart is beating out of my chest and I have to remind myself to keep breathing.

I take a deep breath and grab hold of the handle firmly and push open the door. . .
