I was working away for work and finished early so went back to my hotel for an afternoon of dress up got back to my room about 11-30 showered and slipped my basque stockings panties on did my make up and wig and was deciding what to wear when I hurd my hotel door open and it was the house made she was a mature woman late 50s I froze to the spot and felt my self go bright red she said sorry and turned round and shut the door I was standing there hart pounding and in shock 5 to 10 mins went past when there was a knock at the door and it opened she come back in and apologized and said I looked great dressed up and could she see me in my dress and heels xxxxx to be continued

Obviously not a 'certain budget hotel chain' where I spent half an hour wandering the corridors in a bathrobe with pink bunnies on it in search of a member of staff because there were no towels in my room.

Yes. Completely legal. Of course someone could make a complaint but as long as your outfit can't be construed as obscene (I'm not sure what standard they would apply) then there wouldn't be any public interest in pursuing you.

You'd be protected from abuse to via anti-hate crime legislation too as stated by previous poster.
