Just strike up a conversation with them, and ask some lifestyle questions, but without being personal. You wouldn't turn around and just ask a woman what position they prefer to take cock in. Well, not if you want to keep your job and stay off the sex offenders list anyway.

Ask a few general questions, if the guy is openly into talking, move it up a little. If he blanks you, stop asking and keep it as a fantasy, or go on here, find a mm couple that want it, and get in touch.
