From the experiences I've had using them on me they have tended to "move" ever so slightly when she really gets pumping hard reaching those "special strokes"

We sorted this using a tight fitting pair of panties and some scissors! Blue Peter eat your heart out! Lol

Strapless ones are a tad trickie, although i liked using them...but they do slip out the lady sometimes, so interrupts play.
