I've always wanted to try both but don't know how to go about it suggesting to people and that anyone got any tips ????

Get in touch with some local swingers who have dogging in their profile... Take time to get to know them, chat to them, be friendly... Look out for any meets they may arrange then ask nicely if you can attend... Usual way single guys get to meet really...
