If the stats are to believed many children born within a marriage are not fathered by the woman's husband.

In other words the child growns up not knowing who his/her biological father is.

Personally I don't like the idea. But it involves adults having legal consensual sex. It has no relation to paedophilia whatsoever which is abuse of power and rape of a minor. To draw parallels between consenting adults having sex on their own terms and raping children seems perverse.
