Most definitely how you use it. Id rather have thick. And I do hope you mean 7-8". And not 7/8ths of an inch. That is a huuuuge difference. Wink

I'd say girth but not at the expense of length. Anything over 7inch long gets a thumbs up and if it's think all the better. I do like to feel stretched.
