Ask a guy one on one to take his time. Get someone who is patient. If it don't go in all the way first time try it again with the same person till you feel relaxed. Get him to show you how to douche and prepare your ass. Then you will be more prepared when you do it with a woman.

When you douche make sure you avoid soap and chemicals going inside there.. strat with you own finger with a lot of lube (or saliva) so you know feel when you more relaxed and ready foor the next finger.

And be patient. It takes some time for the muscle to open up.
