My hairdresser comes to my house to cut my hair so we arrange appointments through texts, and I don't know if she's flirting or just being nice?

She's mid 40s blonde, decent body and ample tits and good round arse! She's not out of this world stunning but she most definitely has something about her that I love! I've always found her fit since she started cutting my hair when I was around 14, and I have had many a wank over her in my time lol! Anyways now I'm 22 and as I say we text to arrange appointments and end every text with a single kiss.....until yesterday when I text her, she text me back with two xx I never thought anything of it and just matched hers then she text back again with 3 so again I matched, appointment sorted, I thanked her and simply called her a "good egg" being nice and I got a reply saying " oh thanks lovely 3xs and two love heart emojis! I was quite taken aback about it as I thought it was a bit OTT, I haven't messged back as my appointment is booked but I'm unsure if she's just being nice, forgot who she was texting or she's trying to imply something??

Need to add she is married but has no kids and is kinda a family friend now, I don't know if I should bring the texts up and quiz her about them when she comes to mine or not and see how she reacts? I would definitely love to fuck her but not sure if she's into it at all and I don't want to make things awkward!
