So, recently we have had some new neighbours join our little row of terraced houses. A pleasant family and both of he and she are quite a sexy but understated couple.

Recently we've noticed them being especially friendly always smiling as they walk past and in particular the wife who has taken up running and when she goes past always glances a cheeky smile.

We've always wondered if they are into swinging or even if they are aware of the lifestyle, but never sure how to approach or even if to approach at all.

Hubby was working a tow light shift and finishes at 2am, but Last night (Saturday night) he finished late and got home just after three. Being s quiet street we never here any noise at night, but he could here something a little further down the back of the terraces.

I was awoken by him to tell me that he could hear this noise and was going to pop down and have a quick look with it being so unusual. I put my robe on and followed and stood back from some distance but enough to see him.

He came back within a minute or so and mentioned that he had found the source of he noise..... It was our new neighbour, slightly worse for wear, fucking on their car bonnet. She was in a short black dress which was around her waist and his jeans around his ankles...

We stood back and listened for a bit and heard her moaning and groaning. It was such a turn on..... We must have go carried away as before I knee it hubby hand was lifting my nighty and he was fingering me in the yard, which is open view.

We both sat on the chairs enjoyed a little fumble, when we heard footsteps..... They had forgotten their back door keys and had decided to walk round the front. They both smile and winked and she had not pulled her dress down, it was clear they had cum and had both had s but to drink.we didn't say much other than the usual pleasantries and hope they had fun.

they staggered off and me and hubby went and finished upstairs.we saw her this morning going for her early run and getting back, she just smiled and gave us a cheeky wink xxxx

This is a true story and one we will not forget xxxx

Where we use to live was a quite terrace row of houses, one night we could hear a racket going on in the back gardens. Not knowing if it was a break in as there had been a few, I looked out the back bedroom window.

4 doors down a neighbour and his wife were naked in the back garden going for it 10 to the dozen.

Not only that the three neighbours in between had all been woken up as well and we're looking out their windows to see.

When they finished we all cheered and went to bed.

They moved soon after, shame!
