I totally agree...but if a couple choose a "swinging lifestyle " and are both comfortable with that...then surely its there choice if they wish to introduce others into there "bedroom fun " ...

It doesn't mean it detracts the love or caring they will have for there child when he or she arrives....they are meerly enjoying there bodies with others in the way they have prior to her being pregnant...

I've spoken in length privately with the "poster" of the subjecting question and he tells me that all three of them greatly enjoyed the experience...so who are we to judge...

Your entitled to your opinion t please refrain from using words such as sickening, its something the couple in question enjoy.

To some people what you are doing by merely swnging or having multiple partners is sick and i expect youd be upset by others judging you.

I for one find pregnant women a huge turn on my wife on the other hand does not, we have four children and every pregnancy her sex drive was different but we never engaged in any swinging from the minute we found out she was expecting. This as others have stated was our choice and each to their own but my wife tends to agree that the idea of swinging with someone who is pregnant would be a turn off for her...... I on the other hand would love the idea.

We r "in the making" for baby number 3. We only started swinging a year ago (we have two children over 5). When I do get pregnant we will still be swinging. We go to clubs but I only ever play with my husband. We go in the grope box of there is one and I'll welcome any wandering hands. Baby bump or not. So long as im not having bareback intercourse then I don't see a problem?

There are real risk so although I wont judge anyone for choosing to still do so whilst pregnant, I do sincerely hope they weigh up the pros and cons before hand and are willing to accept the consquences either way.

I did say I wasnt judging anyone and its their choice. The only thing I take issue is someone saying theres "no harm" in swinging while pregnant, people shouldnt disregard the risks so flipantly, but perhaps thats because im too close to the issue given seeing first hand tge heartache it caused

If you don't want to hear other people's opinions on a subject don't start a thread about it, simple. Having sex with strangers when you are pregnant exposes your unborn to many other infections that can cause miscarriage, foetal damage and stillbirth, not just STDs. The pregnant woman's immune system is vastly compromised by pregnancy so she will catch anything going from intimate contact. Fancy a bit of parvovirus? Very common, transmitted through saliva just causes a but of flu like symptoms but Wham, that pregnancy bit the dust!

Your fetus, your choice, but when your child is struggling with congenital gonorrhea on special care, what are you going to say to the children's services worker who is expecting you to put your child's wellbeing before all else??

I met my partner of 4 years swinging. When we decide to have children I still fully intend on swinging whilst pregnant. We both enjoy the social side of swinging as well as the naughty side too. Not seeing our swinging friends for 9 months would not be an option we would consider. Who knows if I would want to play or not but if it felt right and safe and all parties concerned are happy then yes I would play whilst pregnant. Hope that doesn't sicken anyone

Yes there are many that like to judge, but for some on sensitive topics like this its not always that they are making a judgement (though they get accused of it often enough), its that they are just very passionate about the subject and their opinion of it.

If the people labelling them judgemental for their opinion and looked at it with a open mind they would just see their passion for the subject topic and therefore not become judgemental themselves by labelling the commenter judgemental. If that makes sense.

In that logic Whilst 'sickening' was in my opinion a poor choice of word to use, I dont think it was meant as a passing judgement, it was just a impassioned expression of how wrong she feels it is and the importance she would place on.the unborn childs life.

A back massage NO, but once sexual contact is involved YES, there are always risks. I think that too many people frown upon pregnant women playing, and use morals as a reason for justifying making them feel bad
