Maybe she uses it with or on her husband. Having a dildo and an active sex life don't have to be mutually exclusive. If you're that good friends that you can go rooting around her drawers with impunity then why not ask her?

You've been given the answer: no, it doesn't automatically mean she isn't getting any sex. Dildos can be part of couples sex play, or she might have sex every day but still occasionally have an extra itch to scratch when her husbands not around.
