I don't see anything pervy about it at all. I don't go around lusting after every pregnant woman I see.

Some women look fabulous when pregnant and positively glow , that and some have an insatiable desire for naughtiness. Am gay and don't see the attraction at all but from a natural point of view it would make sense on why men would be attracted to pregnant women. Every animal has one inbuilt instinct that none of us can control and that is the primal desire to procreate.

If you think about it, a pregnant woman shows that she is not only fertile but that she can carry a healthy baby so naturally a male would be drawn to her in one way or another sexually. Maybe its the glow of her skin, healthier looking hair or the symbolic meaning of the baby bump.

I could imagine the sexual desire to be quite natural in a evolutionary sense.
