Perhaps you're a custom officer in a country where smugglers aren't treated as fairly. She's probably got information about the crime ring she's part of, so you'll need to interrogate her about that.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if you need to restrain her, and apply clamps, hot wax, and other devices to show her you'll do what it takes for her to talk.

Make sure you pump her for information

You could make a big thing of putting latex gloves on before a cavity search

(I'm assuming that there are no Latex allergies)
