Ok here is goes. My tenant move few months ago

But I went through a Est agency,

So I decided now I need to little increase the rent. So I rang here other day. She mentioned I rather give you the money direct . That way Est agency don't make the commission . So I said ok that's fine with me.

She works in hospital , single woman . More mature type. So this goes on...

Well I once came in the house to make sure everything was ok. She had white nurse outfit. Lovely Rear view. Now I adore older women. Really want to get know her...

Don't know how to approach her say that I padre older women. Don't want get the wrong side of her.

Any suggestion. Thank you
