easiest way to introduce your Mrs to swinging.

My Mrs is quite shy and reserved but I know she would love swinging but the problem is getting her to loosen up enough to try it anyone with any advise?

show her the site say u heard guys talking about it thats what i did and mrs had a look read a few stories started chatting to ppl that was 5yrs ago and we both love the fun and social side of swinging ,hope all goes well

I only wish I had introduced my ex to this site... She hated the thought of me watching porn or even slightly risqué TV programmes, but in bed she could be really imaginitive, often role playing and stories about supermarket visits in skimpy clothes and ending up in the store room fucking the shelf stackers... I posted the story of her wearing a leather full zip up top to an Indian restaurant on here... I think she would have loved the whole sharing idea...
