Still re-living what happened!

Yes I have changed names and no they’re not a couple here, they are close friends for over 20 years, nothing has ever happened, we re ex footy teammates and now just have the occasional get together and sometimes half the old squad if someone gets round to arranging it

Anyway just going to say a little on here as I’m interested to hear others similar experiences with the complete unexpected. I went over to lend a hand moving furniture around ready for their extension.

From the min I walked in there was a weird vibe, convo was stilted and heavy but weirdly not too awkward, first I thought they d had a row. I ve yet to ask them if it was something they’d planned or what the f happened. We looked at each other in ways we hadn’t before. Whole thing is hard to process. Things happened that I d fantasised with others and things happened that I d never thought of.

Anyone else enjoyed the unexpected?

Trying to recount the first actual move, the fourth bit of furniture was really heavy, it was a struggle for us both but i put it down awkwardly and it jarred a little, Ryan instantly felt guilty and said sorry bud as he knew I have physio on my back, he walked round and put his arm on my back and said where did I feel it, it was quite a normal thing you d do although like I said before the atmosphere was different so it all felt unusual.
