Staying with family whilst I await flat purchase to go through

I have been very lucky my sister and her bf have offered me to stay with them before the purchase goes through of my new flat in September

I am concerned that we both not going to be able to operate as we have probably both done prior

How can I make it easier for them to feel they have there total privacy back

Should I be worried about that ?

Stay in a hotel every now and then.

Give them the place to themselves for date night or weekend.
