Back in late 1990s I booked a holiday to Bulgaria as I wanted to get away after I'd split up with a long term girlfriend.was first time I'd been away on my own and felt a bit strange at first but after a few days I relaxed more and was enjoying myself.the local beach was very long and it stretched to the next town a couple of miles away.i decided to take a walk along and after a bit I noticed a guy walking along the beach completely naked.i was shocked but he just said hello and carried on walking.i then spotted a few people sunbathing naked and realised it must be a nudist section.there were people of all shapes and sizes and I just thought oh wow how liberating.i was single and able to do whatever I wanted and thought I'm on holiday so why not enjoy myself felt a bit nervous at first but was soon naked and it felt amazing I went back the same spot every day for rest of my holiday and now whenever I get the chance and I go away,even in this country I will visit a nudist beach find it so liberating to be able to take off all your clothes and enjoy the sun and sea And no one judging you
