Been i hospital all week for major surgery on my knee that will result in being in full length leg brace till Christmas. The top velcro strap was digging in to my skin to my inner thigh so I called for help. Her solution was to put some cotton wool over the offending area

She was so lovely but while she was placing it on my leg her touch brushed my cock resulting in an instant hard on which she winked at me.
