Help with cut and paste

I habe recently written a tale on my notes app of my phone.

How can i cut and paste onto the stories forum?

If it's Android hold your finger on any part of the screen for 2 seconds and a tab should appear with options such as cut , copy , select all . Click select all and the text will be highlighted , click copy then open the fab forum click new post then hold your finger on the blank page. Click paste and the copied text should appear.
