What's everyone's most embarrassing episode before/during or after sex?

I've got a couple.

When I was much younger at uni. I went down on my gf. She was shy so the lights were off. After she'd cum I left for my room, but on the way back stopped and chatted to the night porter for a bit.

It wasn't until I got back to my room and looked in the mirror that my face and beard were covered in blood.

She'd started her period, and me not knowing any better didn't notice the change in taste.

Much more recently, I had been chatting with a BBW and she came round to mine. After we had had a fantastic time in the bedroom, she got dressed and was making her way down the stairs, she slipped and fell. She was mortified and embarrassed and dashed out inconsolable.
