Ok as I have started my fitness campaign again and hitting the gym more and more I noticed more girls/ladies doing heavier weights. And yes now finding it a bit of a turn on some of them have proper defined and muscular bodies. One of the ladies asked me to spot for her the other day as she was benching 70 kgs no mean feat.

I admit I came back that night and had a wank thinking about her - so are their any muscular ladies on this site and what's your views ?
