Years ago in the early 70's as a self employed electrician on housing association estates we'd often find Polaroid photos in the flats even though we'd tell the tenants a few days before we'd be in there and where we needed to get and to move things out of the way. In one flat as well as photos of them in the flat her tied to the chair and over the sofa and a handful of blokes all taking turns fucking her. There were also bondage books with her in them all above a cabinet in the kitchen, just one of incidents when working on those estates in Hackney

Potentially the first time for the general public but those who developed their own photos could do this in their own darkrooms, before Polaroids introduced automatic development in their photos, not needing any other equipment/chemicals, away from the camera.
