Haven't myself but I was a self employed electrician in Hackney in housing association estates. We'd tell the tenants at least a few days before we needed to get into there flats and to move anything out of the way of where we'd tell them we needed to get. In one particular flat we found on top of the larder cabinet a handful of Polaroids of the woman of the flat and several porn books called Janus from memory. I used to have a lot but as the kids got older the wife got worried they might find them so after some nagging I got rid of them all. Really wish I had kept a few.
