Spoiler alert, this might be made up.

As I am 69 nearly 70 I can tell you there are several things that disappear with age, one of them being testosterone. My levels had been falling gradually and reached a point where I needed some treatment.

For the last 18 months or so, every 3 months I have an injection in my buttock of what I assume is synthetic testosterone. It's the same routine every time.
