Signing up to the new gym made me slightly anxious. While I’d lost weight significantly I knew I needed to tone up some wobbly bits and I just wanted to feel healthier.

My first session was a short induction then 45 minutes meeting my new personal trainer. Walking in in tight black gym pants and a small black bra top with a loose white off the shoulder tshirt over it I could feel eyes on me from all angles. Why did I choose peak time to do this!?

Inductions done a small group of us led around and talked at I drifted off looking around (ok staring open mouthed) at all the toned muscles on display. Accidentally Catching the eye of a gorgeous 6 foot something absolutely Adonis looking guy as he pulled his last set of reps he grinned at me nodding. I blushed and turned back to the instructor just wrapping up. I had about 10 minutes until my new PT was due to meet me so I went to wait by the front desk area. A few minutes before he was due I spotted the Adonis guy I’d blushed at swaggered towards me grinning I realised he had changed out of his very tight small white vest into a staff marked top and was heading straight to wards me.

My cheeks reddened and I swallowed hard as he grabbed my hand shaking it firmly making my hand look like a child’s in his huge manly hands! I flushed through with excitement or anxiety? Maybe both as he greeted me enthusiastically. “Mrs L nice to meet you I’m Jake and I’ll be working with you for the foreseeable future” “hi Jake” I managed to squeak. I cleared my throat shaking myself inwardly get a grip for gods sake woman! He couldn’t have been much more than 25! I spoke more loudly with a confidence I didn’t actually feel and told him “its just L please I’m divorced”

He shot me another wide grin “my mistake I will bare than in mind”
