It the short time we've had some sunshine shenanigans have been afoot. Gower beaches are great all year round but when the sun's out so is lots more.

Family beaches by day can turn to adulterous playgrounds by night. As surfers, students and more all start mingling and beach fires start up.

One particular evening a small beach with a large carpark was slightly busier than normal. The tide had turned around 6 so was on its way out and groups tightly packed on what dry sand was available.

I was planning to meet Becca and go for a cold water dip it wasn't something new to us and a regular thing. Becca was great shape for her 30 years divorced no kids just enjoyed living the moment and was more like a sister then anything. The population on the beach meant we both parked a fair distance from the beach and small talked as we headed to it. Acknowledging some people we regularly saw and those just families looking to get home. As we walked we heard a voice call Becca, it was Steve a former colleague of hers with Claire, going for a dip he enquired yes, " you Becca asked yes well we see you there then...as we continued I could see Becca was thinking about what we had just seen, Steve was strapping gym rugby sports jock, Claire however was anything but her teens years had been goth and emo driven the two where poles apart in interests etc and Claire was married as was steve

The beach was crowded it found a spot to the left by the rocks. Still wet from the outgoings tide we where able to set out space the blanket stove etc. before we went for our dip...even with a hot day the water was still cold and immediately started to shrink Becca's nips where having the opposite effect through her costume these walnut sized nipples where trying to break free
